- 1 turnip
- 2 cups fresh pineapple
- 2 peeled limes
- 1 handful each of fresh mint and parsley
- Wash everything,
- Place all ingredients in the blender or juicer (if blending, add a cup of water).
- Pour over ice.
- Drink within two days of making it.
