The event runs from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm at the Public Works field facility at 3850 North 35th Street.
The second event takes place on Saturday, September 27th at the Wilson Park Senior Center, 2601 West Howard Avenue from 1:00 pm until 7:00 pm. Sponsored by Take Root Milwaukee, Interfaith, and Milwaukee City government, this event will focus on foreclosure prevention.
“We are working hard to reduce the negative impacts of home foreclosures in Milwaukee, and part of that is connecting people with the right resources so they can stay in their homes,” Mayor Barrett said. “These two events offer homeowners information that might prevent to worst outcomes.”
