Granny’s Houses Inc. was founded in 2011 with the goal of providing a higher quality of assisted living services to individuals who are unable to care for themselves. We strive to create home and family like living arrangements for the individuals we serve.
Currently Granny’s Houses Inc. has one state licensed 4 bed facility Martha’s House, located off of 22nd & Hampton. Martha’s House provides 24 hour supervised care to those individuals labeled as advanced aging, developmentally disabled, mentally ill, persons with traumatic brain injury, and terminally ill people.
The resident-care staff of Granny’s Houses Inc. have previous experience working with disabled individuals. All resident care staff has also completed all state required courses to work in a CBRF; such as First Aid & CPR, medication administration, and standard precautions. Our administrative staff all hold bachelors degrees or higher in a human service field and are required to have at least 3 years experience working with the population we service. We also have a licensed RN on staff.
Granny’s Houses Inc. currently accepts family care/community care participants, individuals who receive SSI and private paying individuals. Payment for each individual is reviewed on a case by case basis.
