• Educate yourself, friends, and family about HIV/AIDS and what you can do to protect yourself. Tell others about the national campaign this year, “It Takes a Village to Fight HIV/AIDS”. www.blackaidsday.org

• Visit the CDC website, http://www.cdc.gov/hiv/topics/basic/, to learn more about HIV/AIDS, how it is and is not transmitted, the risk factors for HIV transmission, preventing transmission and the symptoms of HIV infection.
