White House Press Secretary Jay Carney said that President Obama had no contact with Jay-Z over his trip to Cuba and nothing to do with the making of the track. It’s pretty funny how Carney deal with the question.

It doesn’t seem like Jay-Z is sweating the recent trip he and his wife, Beyonce, made to Cuba nearly as bad as some are on Capital Hill.

In fact, Young Hov responded the best way he knew how: By dropping a dope track dissing the establishment.

In “Open Letter,” Jay-Z hits back at them saying, “Politicians never did s**t for me … except lie to me, distort history.”

He went on to say, “Obama said chill ‘You gonna get me impeached’ … We don’t need this s**t anyway chill with me on the beach.’”

Given his close relationship with President Obama, it’s implied here that Obama did something wrong by OKing Jay-Z and Beyonce’s Cuba trip. Obama has said nothing about the fiasco and likely will stay mute.
