The action-packed, science fiction thriller I, Frankenstein hits theaters this weekend.

Based on Kevin Grevioux‘s graphic novel of the same name, the film centers around the 200-year-old creation of Dr. Frankenstein, who is also called Adam.

Adam, played by actor Aaron Eckhart (Olympus Has Fallen), finds himself caught in the middle of a conflict between two supernatural species, demons and gargoyles.

The demons are on a quest to capture Adam in an effort to reanimate tens of thousands of human corpses with demons.

Adam befriends one of the scientists working for the demons, Terra (Yvonne Strahovski), in hopes of saving all of humanity.
