Federal Judge Charles Clevert swears in acting Milwaukee County Executive Marvin Pratt as Pratt’s wife Dianne looks on. Pratt will serve in the office until a primary and general election is held Feb. 15 and April 5 respectively to pick a new county executive. Pratt takes over from Milwaukee County Supervisor and Board Chair Lee Holloway who served as interim county executive after Scott Walker was elected governor. Pratt reportedly said he will not run for the county’s top office himself nor will he endorse anyone in the race. (Photo by Yvonne Kemp)
