The following statement was issued on November 26, 2011:
The tentative agreement reached earlier today between NBA owners and players is great news for our fans, players and the organization. We are also very pleased that the many entities and individuals who help staff
our games and provide our operations with dedicated, competent personnel, reliable services and products, will hopefully return to their roles and benefit again from Milwaukee Bucks basketball at The Bradley Center and the downtown economy it helps drive. We appreciate the patience and understanding of our loyal season subscribers and fans throughout Wisconsin during the negotiation process. We are very hopeful that the NBA will be back on the court on Christmas Day and that the Bucks will be playing in the Bradley Center shortly thereafter.
In order to provide Bucks season subscribers and fans with the best information and service possible on a timely basis, the Milwaukee Bucks phone lines at 414-227-0500 will be fully staffed on Sunday November 27 from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. The phone lines will again be staffed Monday morning November 28 thru Friday December 2 from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. Bucks offices at Bradley Center will be open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.. Bucks fans can also receive updated information on the Bucks websitewww.bucks.com
at any time, and live chat opportunities with ticket representatives will be possible to access ticket package information; to renew season subscriber accounts, and to provide other new elements of information as they are provided by the NBA.
