Join writer, producer and director Pastor Martha Austin of Destiny Productions in her latest stage play, “NO DADDY?!” June 4, 7 p.m., at the Marcus Performing Arts Center’s Vogel Hall, 123 E. State St. The play is based on the book, “No Daddy?!” written by Shontia Gladney.

Life for Tina was not always easy growing up in a home without a father. It was something she couldn’t understand, nor accept. She often blamed the absence of her father when she encountered harsh trials starting in her childhood with her classmate Romelle, who also had issues with an alcoholic mother and no father in the home. What was life like for Tina growing up without a father? Will she be successful? Or will she allow it to be a stronghold the rest of her life? You’ll be on the edge of your seats as you watch her life unfold…from victim to victory?

This stage play will move your hearts and provide some clarity for people who have found themselves in similar situations. Take a long look at “No Daddy?!” because it’s going to make you take a long hard look at yourself.

Tickets are $37 VIP including a VIP reception, $22 for reserved seating only. For tickets, visit MarcusCenter.org or call 414-273-7206. For information, visit StillWatersMinistry.info
