Milwaukee, WI— Rodizio Grill, the premier Brazilian Steakhouse, is heading to Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Milwaukeeans will be able to enjoy the flavors of Brazil this coming December, 2012. Rodizio Grill will be taking over the space previously occupied by successful Brazilian Steakhouse Sabor. It will be locally owned and operated by The Supple Group, a multi-concept/multi-unit restaurant and hospitality group.
“Rodizio Grill is an incredible addition to our group,” stated Jay Supple, CEO of The Supple Group. “We were looking for a fun, growing concept that we could bring to the community of Milwaukee. Rodizio Grill provided that opportunity and we could not be more excited to enter this new venture.”
Rodizio Grill is America’s First Brazilian Steakhouse, or Churrascaria, originating in Colorado in 1995. Founder Ivan Utrera brought this popular Brazilian concept, along with cherished family recipes, from his hometown of São Paulo, Brazil. Today, Rodizio Grill is a beloved and bustling restaurant that has won many prestigious Best of State awards in the Mountain West where it has prominently operated for the past 17 years.
Rodizio Grill’s menu features three-foot meat skewers, perfectly seasoned and carved tableside by Brazilian Gauchos. Unlimited appetizers, over 30 gourmet salads and a wide variety of homemade desserts make for an unforgettable dining experience. Guests can indulge in Brazilian favorites like Pao de Queijo (Cheese Bread), Couve (Sautéed Collard Greens and Bacon), Picanha (Top Sirloin) and Pudim de Leite, a delicious creamy Brazilian Caramel Flan, just to name a few. Everything at Rodizio Grill is made fresh every day, adding to the authenticity of the establishment.
“We are thrilled to be opening up our first location in Wisconsin and to be bringing the churrascaria concept back to the Milwaukee community,” stated Ivan Utrera, President and Founder of Rodizio Grill. “This fun and festive concept has seen a lot of success in every market we have entered, and we are sure the same success will be mirrored in Milwaukee.”
Rodizio Grill promises guests an exciting, fun, and relaxed atmosphere that is not matched at any other restaurant in the Milwaukee area, just in time for the holiday season.
“The beauty of Rodizio Grill is that it appeals to a lot of different tastes and pallets,” stated David Knighton, Rodizio Grill’s Director of Development. “We have guests that come specifically for the grilled meats and others who come for the great gourmet salad selections. Our menu allows guests to be able to pick their own meal combinations, which is important for guests looking for a place to host their next holiday event.”
Rodizio Grill will be located on 777 North Water Street. For more information, guests can visit RodizioGrill.com.
