Roundy’s partners with food pantries to give back

Roundyʼs Foundation Focused on Feeding Families Tour stopped in Milwaukee on Friday, April 27 to make donations to six local food pantries. During the tour April 23 – 27, the Roundyʼs Foundation donated more than $257,000 in food and money to 60 food pantries throughout Minnesota, Illinois and Wisconsin.

Greater Philadelphia Church of God was one of six Milwaukee area pantries that received the donations. Other pantries included: Sherman Park Community Ministries Food Pantry; First Lutheran Church Food Pantry; Ascension Lutheran Church; Unity Lutheran Church and Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church. Each pantry received a donation of food and money valued at more than $6,300.
