SDC’s NAILs program

Ten young people, including Marcus Chisolm (at right) were given certificates of completion for the Social Development Commission NAILs Program (Neighborhood Adolescents Investing Laboring & Serving) at the ceremony that was held at HeartLove Place. The NAILs Program helps young people become positive examples for other young people in their neighborhoods. It combines case management with education and job training components. Chisolm is pictured with program teachers Eleanor Drake-Jones and Kimberly Purifoy.
