December 21, 2011 (Milwaukee, WI)-David Bowen has formally announced his bid for County Supervisor of the 10th District of Milwaukee WI. Bowen has extensive background in community building and organizing, primarily in youth services. Through his efforts, Bowen has established a broad base of support from citizens throughout the community and plans to build upon that support to advance the interest of the community through responsive public service.
