Millennials have become the most ambitious generation, as it relates to entrepreneurship. According to an examination conveyed, Millennials, Americans born between 1977 and 1995, are literally the most entrepreneurial. Half of Millennials plan to start a business in the next three years and more than half said that with the right resources they would quit their job to start a business in the next six months.
This is no surprise. Millennials have become innovative and clearly see a different way of life than those that came before. Most millennials feel that working a 9-5 is depressing. Work loads are too high and the pay is too low. Becoming a supervisor or manager is truly not the dream of a millennial.
The greatest age portion, Millennials, have started more businesses and organizations than both Baby Boomers (born between 1946 and 1964) and Generation Xers (born between 1965 and 1976). Remembering that they’re eager to work for themselves and accept accountability for their own money, Millennials acknowledge they need to exploit more resources for manufacturing productive associations.
Millennials are beginning to find out more and more about finances. They’re learning more about credit and how to use it as leverage. They are getting into grant writing but sometimes resources are still limited.
The fight for a better and wealthier lifestyle continues as millennials pursue their dreams. They have high hopes and big dreams. They don’t doubt the power of work. They just prefer more flexibility and higher returns on investments, whether time or money. Millennials want to be happy while they make money and in control.
