Lawmakers approved an extension of unemployment benefits, and it has helped many states like Wisconsin tremendously.
Recently there has been much backlash , stating it’s keeping many from returning to work the extended benefit have wisconsinites a $300 boost, but lawmakers argued eventually voting to cancel it out.
“ The money was already not enough why would they do that?” Said Milwaukee mother who was forced it her job from the pandemic.
Benefits are close to a third of the income
you were receiving while employed, which printed the boost to help cope with job loss. Governor Evers did step in to veto that bill, allowing the extension to stay in pace through September.

Although vaccines have bene going out, their are still many who fear returning to work or simply cannot. I pray all be well and that this helps those in need.
