Monday! We meet again. While many people wake up dreading the day, it’s truly a choice of mood. The mood you choose to have on Monday can truly triumph the entire week.
“Either you run the day or the day runs you.” ~ Jim Rohn
With that being said, choose to dominate this Monday. Choose to be in charge. Plan your day out. Take care of tasks that you don’t necessarily FEEL like doing. Put yourself to work. Knock it out.
“A year from now you may wish you had started today.” ~ Karen Lamb
You ever met someone who’s word was not their bond. They always claimed that they would do or not do something anymore but they next time you saw them, it was the exact opposite of what they said? Don’t let that be you. Stop settling for the “I’ll do that later” or the “Next time”. What if there is no next time? How long have you been making broken promises to yourself? Just start today and get it over with.
“Mondays are the start of the work week which offer new beginnings 52 times a year!” ~ David Dweck
Monday is like a reset button, granted everyday is. On Monday, you can choose to be different. You can take the time to plan the week and how you perform on Monday matters. You can start something new or begin to finish an old project. You can change your attitude or switch it up. It’s up to you. Whatever you do, do it with intention.
“When you start to do the things that you truly love, it wouldn’t matter whether it’s Monday or Friday, you would be so excited to wake up each morning to work on your passions.” ~ Edmond Embiaka
You create the life you live. You decide what kind of work to do. You decide where to go. If you follow your passions, work will feel amazing. Work will still come with stress, however it will feel so much more rewarding. If you want it, you have to go get it.
“Every morning you have two choices: continue to sleep with your dreams or wake up & chase them.” ~ Kristin
If you want to stay in the same place, keep doing the same things that you’re doing. If you want to grow and chase your dreams, you must do something different. You have to find your path and stick to it.
