J. Riley: An amazing woman’s Black owned glamour

March 9, 2022 By MKE Community Journal Leave a Comment

Black girl magic. That phrase has become solidified amongst our culture and for great reason. In the world today just as it’s been for decades, Black women are creating a universe of their own that’s filled with amazing works, talents, crafts and businesses. A prime example of one of those businesses can be seen and experienced right in the great city of Milwaukee. The Brew city is already known for hosting an abundance of great Black owned clothing stores and fashion moguls, but J. Riley is one to truly look out for.

Finding it’s home inside the great Sherman Phoenix shopping center and named after the great entrepreneur behind the vision, J. Riley is a Black owned fashion boutique that plays host to wonderful accessories and clothes. Amongst the aforementioned, you can purchase an endless selection of the best-selling crochet earrings that could truly make your Spring wardrobe pop. The earrings come in all colors from Sunshine Yellow to Olive Green. Be sure to also grab a wonderful t-shirt enshrined with the J. Riley logo that could truly make your soul smile.

But that’s not all. You ever have the desire to wear warm, bright colored crochet socks and hats? Well J. Riley has you covered there as well. Along with clothing and accessories, J. Riley is known for it’s amazing professionalism as the reviews often state. This is truly one shopping experience that you do NOT want to miss out on. So be sure to shop with J. Riley between the hours of 11am-6pm every day with the exception of Sunday and Monday.
