As lawmakers meet for long hours that have extended into the weekends, a deal still was not reached. The executive orders signed by Trump, extension of unemployment benefits, as a rate 400 per week, an eviction moratorium, student debt relief are not clear when and how hey will be implemented. The bad news is that Senate is currently in a recess until September 8th. Multiple sources have reported that cut a deal is stuck during the time, it is possible that lawmakers will return to vote it in before September 8th.
