Marquette’s Black Student Union collaborated with one of many Groups this past Thursday, for yet another show of witness against racial inequality. It marked the 15th time such a display has happen on campus, and a group of Catholic faith was the collaborator this time. I was especially happy to see the youth ages 18-24) out in high capacity.
Te event which started at 530 kicked off with woes of encouragement , motivational speech and a prayer. All that was needed as the weather was in the low 30s, still that did not keep attendees from kneeling on concrete when the time came to pay homage to those lost.
On 16 In Wisconsin is where it all took place, with every corner and some street islands covered with people of all ages and nationalities. A great showing indeed, congratulations on another inspirational event.
