Motivated Mondays: May Affirmations

May 2, 2022 By MKE Community Journal Leave a Comment

It’s officially the month of May and all things are possible. Anything you put your mind to, you can do. I mean absolutely nothing can stop you. You just have to believe it. You have to see. You have to surround yourself with good people and good thoughts to get it done, but it can get done.

Watch how you talk to yourself. What comes out of your mouth becomes a reality. So keep it positive this month. Only partake in things that put you where you wanna be. Keep people around you that believe in you and understand you.

Keep a positive mind. Choose to be better. Choose to love and love on you. Choose peace. Walk away from anything that does not serve you. Say no when you have to. Saying “no” is often times a “yes” to self love. So don’t be afraid.

Mindset is everything. Here’s a few affirmations to say to yourself every day this month.

  • I am successful.
  • I am confident.
  • I am powerful.
  • I am strong.
  • I am getting better and better every day.
  • All I need is within me right now.
  • I wake up motivated.
  • I am an unstoppable force of nature.
  • I’m allowed to take up space.
  • My past is not a reflection of my future.
  • I am strong enough to make my own decisions.
  • I’m in control of how I react to others.
  • I choose peace.
  • I’m courageous and stand up for myself.
  • I will succeed today.
  • I deserve to feel joy.
  • I am loved.
  • I respect myself and those around me.
  • I will accomplish my goals.
  • Nothing is too far fetched.
  • This is my season.
  • I was born to win.
  • I’m not afraid to step out of my comfort zone.
  • I own my house.
  • I run a successful business.
  • Money comes to me.
  • I’m a winner.
  • I am enough.
  • I love myself.

Saying these everyday can make a change in your mindset. It can keep you in position and focused. Say these to yourself all month and measure the progress you’ve made by the end of the month.

You got this.
